Gillen Collaborative Architects, Inc., is a service oriented design firm with a long history of successful architectural, historic renovation and interior design projects.
Originally founded as The Gillen Partnership in 1974, William Gillen et al. has provided a full range of architectural services to institutional, commercial and residential clients.
In addition to participating in numerous historic restoration rehabilitation projects, William Gillen has 50 years of experience in repair/renovation projects including renovations to Seelye Hall at Smith College; the office building/bus depot known as "One Round House Plaza" in Northampton, the Holstein Association Headquarters in Vermont, the Tucker Taft Building in Amherst, and 6 courthouses in Western MA. Current projects include the St. John's Episcopal Church in Northampton, the Amherst Survival Center, Amherst Media Center, and Mass Alternative Care Cannabis Dispensary & Growing Facility.
